Position:
- Manage customer accounts, contributing to the overall best-in-class customer experience and responding timely to all inquiries, including NCM.
- Support sales manager to onboard customer, collect required documents according to work instructions.
- Handles all daily transactional work needed to support accounts, including checking receipts in SAP, applying the correct terms to the lots, monitoring upcoming settlement dates, sending assay results, communicating with the customer until a settlement has been agreed, and generating customer settlement for payments (interim & finals) to contribute to on-time, first-pass (error-free) settlements.
- Performs check of all daily transactional steps, as required to adhere to the four eyes principle.
- Collect customer delivery forecast and prepare settlement forecasting to the management team.
- SAP HEROS Customer Service key user.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business related major preferred.
Experience
- Above 3 years’ experience in manufacturing and business environment.
Qualification
- Ability to handle muti-tasks under pressure, collaborate with muti-functions.
- Strong listening skills and ability to calmly resolve issues.
- ERP experience, SAP is preferred.
